Terms of use

Terms of use for Scheduler Vertex Core — scheduling performance analytics services governed by the laws of Australia.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of https://schedulervertexcore.digital and enquiries for scheduling performance analytics services offered by Scheduler Vertex Core (“we”, “us”). By using this site or commissioning work, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an enquiry. Engaging us for a review, assessment, or briefing creates a separate service agreement confirming scope, fee, and timetable; these Terms apply to site use and fill gaps where that agreement is silent.

Services described

Pages describing reviews, rates, and methods are informational. They are not an offer to contract until we confirm scope in writing. We may decline engagements that fall outside our competence or ethics (including requests to appraise individual staff from diary data alone).

Intellectual property

Site content, report templates, and our written briefings remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use delivered briefings within your organisation. You may not resell our reports or republish them as your own methodology. You retain ownership of your diary data and evidence packs.

Client responsibilities

You warrant that you have authority to share the evidence you provide and that sharing it does not breach confidentiality owed to third parties without appropriate consent or redaction. You are responsible for decisions you take after receiving our findings.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from site use or from a commissioned engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost appointments or revenue, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We do not provide legal, clinical, or industrial-relations advice. Findings are operational observations about scheduling performance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Site availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.
