A facilitated session that walks reception, clinicians, or field leads through the written scheduling performance briefing — so the diary changes stick beyond the manager’s desk.

Purpose
A Scheduling Performance Review only helps if the people who open and close the book understand the findings. This session turns the PDF into a shared reading.
What happens in the room
We summarise the patterns in everyday language, show two or three concrete weeks from your evidence, and facilitate a short decision round on which trial changes to attempt first. You leave with a one-page action sheet.
Requirements
Available only after a Scheduler Vertex Core review or roster assessment (ours, or an equivalent report we can pre-read for a fee). Groups of up to twelve.
Pricing
From AUD 780 for a 90-minute session at our Adelaide office or by video. On-site briefings within the metro area start at AUD 980.
