What we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, review of interest, optional contact window, and message content.
- Engagement materials: diary exports, roster sheets, and related notes you supply — which may contain names, contact details, or appointment metadata of your clients or staff.
- Technical data: essential cookies and, if you accept, analytics cookies (see our cookie notice).
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare estimates
- To perform contracted reviews and briefings
- To meet legal and accounting obligations
- To improve site content when analytics cookies are accepted
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Engagement files and delivered briefings are retained for seven years for professional and tax purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised where feasible. Cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookie table.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, secure file transfer, and (if accepted) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. You may lodge a complaint with us first; if unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
For diary evidence belonging to your clients or staff, you remain responsible for your own privacy obligations; we act as a service provider processing that material for your engagement.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transfer options, and need-to-know limits for reviewers. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive identifiers in enquiry forms.
