Pricing guidance for scheduling performance analytics reviews in Adelaide — starting fees, deposits, and what changes an estimate.
Fees are informational. Nothing on this page is a checkout. Final quotes follow a short scope call once we know your sites, date range, and how coded your diary is.

GST is added where applicable. Travel beyond the Adelaide metro for on-site briefings is quoted separately.
What moves an estimate
- Extra sites — each additional location with its own book.
- Longer ranges — evidence beyond eight weeks, or discontinuous periods that need separate coding.
- Heavy coding — diaries with many status codes, merged calendars, or incomplete exports that need manual reconstruction.
- Rush — turnarounds under ten business days when our calendar allows.
- Pre-read of a third-party report — before a Findings Briefing that is not based on our own review.
Deposits and payment
A 40% deposit confirms a review date. The balance is due on delivery of the written briefing (or on the session date for briefings alone). We accept bank transfer. We do not process card payments on this website.
What you are not buying
Rates cover human review and writing. They do not include software licences, ongoing monitoring, or implementation of booking systems. If you need those, we will say so plainly and step aside.
