Field note
What to pack before a diary review
A practical checklist for practice managers sending evidence to a scheduling performance review — exports, glossaries, and the weeks to label as abnormal.
A clear evidence pack shortens a Scheduling Performance Review more than any clever template. Here is what we ask Adelaide clients to gather before the line reading starts.
Include
- Date range — four to eight consecutive weeks when possible.
- Export or printout — CSV, PDF, or screenshots if that is all the system allows.
- Code glossary — what “RNS”, “NP”, or local abbreviations mean in your book.
- Abnormal weeks — festivals, floods, mass leave, system outages.
- Named contact — someone who can answer coding questions within two business days.
Optional but helpful
Roster sheets for the same weeks, reminder-policy notes, and a short list of changes already tried.
Leave out
Passwords to personal staff accounts, unrelated HR files, and clinical notes that are not required to understand booking status.
When the pack is ready, request a review and we will confirm whether the material is complete enough to start.
